How do I start running again after an injury?
With a gradual, structured walk-run progression that rebuilds load safely, once you’ve been cleared by a physio or doctor to return to running.
How soon can I run after an injury?
It depends on the injury and your clearance. Coaching begins once a physio or doctor has cleared you to start loading, then we progress at a pace your body can handle.
Do I need physio or doctor clearance before starting?
Yes. This coaching complements medical and physiotherapy care and doesn’t diagnose or treat injuries. Once you’re cleared to return to running, I build the safe plan to get you back.
Can a coach help me avoid getting injured again?
Yes, the plan includes gradual load, supporting strength and attention to running form and biomechanics to reduce the risk of re-injury.
What is a return-to-running (walk-run) programme?
A staged plan that alternates walking and running, gradually increasing running time as your body adapts, until you’re back to full continuous training.
Do you coach injured runners online or in Berlin?
Both, the comeback is coached online with weekly WhatsApp check-ins, and in person in Berlin.
