About Me

I’m Colly McGrane, a performance-driven running coach blending science with real-world experience. With a B.Sc. in Environmental Science & Health and years working in personalized nutrition, I know how to optimize the body for peak performance.

As a lifelong athlete in Gaelic football and soccer, I took my own marathon time from 3:40 to 2:49 in just two years—self-coached—while balancing a full-time job, relationships, and a social life. Now, I’m here to help you achieve results you never thought possible, without sacrificing what matters most to you.
